The standard Life In The Balance course is a series of six classes, each 75-90 minutes long...plus one all-day practice session after the fourth or fifth class. During these classes, students will participate in both experiential and cognitive exercises to develop the following mindfulness practices:
It may be very difficult for some folks, like senior managers, to make the time commitment to a standard weekly class. To meet the needs of these students, the standard Life In The Balance course is offered in a private one-on-one "coaching" format. The six classes (one hour each) can be scheduled as time permits...at the agreement of both the student and the instructor...with the location flexible also.
The standard Life In The Balance course can also be tailored as far as content and time to the specific needs of each organization.
